We recently had some changes in our lives. We are renting a home in Idaho Falls and loving it. I have forgot how much work it is moving, especially with a little baby. I am usually pregnant when we are moving and don't have the baby out screaming at me. Brigham is having the hardest adjustment. He misses his papa.

I had Justin's Dad take pictures of the kids. Yes they are in the same skirts as before but I had to get their picture taken with the skirt that I had made Livia before I know she was a girl. Hope you enjoy.

Big Day

Today we had a wonderful day. Abbi turned 6, she got a bike for her birthday and lost her second tooth. Where did the time go. We also Blessed Livia. We had the family together for such a great day although we missed those that could not be there.

Can you believe it another POWERFUL PRINCESS has FINALLY arrived on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 6:41 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 14 oz and 21 inches long. At 13 days late. My midwife and I decided that on Saturday I would go in and have my water broke to start the labor process. So Friday night, I drank Black Cohosh and Justin did Acupuncture to start the labor. By 2:00 am I woke up and was having consistent non painful braxton hicks. By 7:30 am we were on our way to the timed induction to the hospital and was having 10 min apart labor, they were noticeable. After all the check in process the mid wife broke my water about 9:30 ish. Then I started to walk, walk the stairs. The contractions continued to be 6-10 minutes apart. We were using Clary Sage essential oil and Acupuncture to keep the labor going. Then I decided to do a footzone on myself. The contractions became harder and stayed more consistent. By this time I thinks it was 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I continued to breath through the contractions for about 3 hours and the midwife checked me to find that I had not progressed at all. I was devastated. I was hurting and could not figure out why I was not progressing. They brought in the ultra sound machine and found that she was occiput posterior so she was unable to move down far enough for me to progress. At this point I was beyond myself, I was hurting and was feeling frustrated. The mid wife suggested i get on my hands and knees so I got up for the next contraction. Then I got up to the bathroom. When I got back in bed, I was shaking and Justin was doing acupuncture to turn the baby, he said he needed to adjust my sacrum and hips. My first thought was, "How are we going to do that I can't even move." So in between the next contraction Justin adjusted me and I felt her turn. By the next contraction, I had the urge to push. The Midwife came in and checked me and the next contraction her head was out. With the next push they found that the cord was wrapped around her shoulder. A couple pushes later she was out with the cord wrapped completely around her abdomen and one leg. No wonder she laid in the same position for the last 7 weeks she was so wrapped up that she stayed in the only position that gave her relieve. We are so grateful she came out healthy and without complications.

Yellowstone National Park Trip

This last Thursday we went to Yellowstone National Park. For those that are not familar with the location it is 2 hours North from us. We had a wonderful day, Justin's Dad came with us and gave us the tour, since he is so familiar with the Park. He also took our pictures while we were up there. It is not very often that we get to spend all day with Grandpa Hammon. It was a lot of Fun. Now I have to brag. I actually made the skirts and tie for the kids. Also for those that did not read the last post, I am almost 7 months pregnant not just gaining weight at a very fast rate. By the end of the day we were all exhausted. Grandpa did not send over the pictures of the animals we saw, swan, geese, eagle, lots of bison, herd of cow elk and the bull rounding up all his cows. The kids loved it, but they thought that we were going to park with toys to play on and were disappointed that there were no slides or swings. Their only other complaint was the smell of the sulfur, rotten eggs.

Sorry I have no pictures at this time. One day Brigham was doing something real cute outside and Justin sent Abbi in to get the camera. Abbi did as she was told but she was so excited to have the camera she decided to turn it on and dropped it while running up the stairs with the lens open. So we have no camera. We have had a busy summer. For all those who do not know we are going to have another baby first of January. So I have spent half the summer exhausted and at times sick. Abbi and Loryn had their first experience at swim lessons. They loved them but Abbi had a hard time waking up and being there at 8:30 in the morning. We will see if School brings morning or afternoon. For Abbi's sak I hope afternoon, she is not a morning person.

Our Busy Month of March

To start the month off My beautiful little sister Katelyn was married to Kevin Berg. Then the next day my Grandmother was married again. My grandfather has been gone for a couple of years and She married a wonderful man who treats her well. That same day we celebrated Abbi's 5th birthday so she opened her present at the church after the wedding dinner. We took her to Red Robin that night and she was so cute when they came to sing to her. Once that week end was over, many of you know we are living with my parents, while my oldest sister came home from Germany for Katelyn's wedding and her husband is doing Army training in the states so she decided to stay instead of going back to Germany alone. So she is also living with my parents. We have 8 children under the age of 8 between us, and 5 adults in a 5 bedroom 2 bath home for 3 months. We are having fun. The kids are either the best of friends or the worst of enemies. And my kids have been sick the last week hence I have been at the office everyday trying to catch up from the weddings. I think they are all getting better, but I am still behind in the office and I don't know if I am every going to have my head above water there. We have had a few projects we have been working on this month for the office and I hope they work out in the end. I hope you enjoy some of the pictures from the month.

My Sweet baby boy is 1. The year has gone by so fast. His dinosaur cake did not turn out that great but it works. Brigham is a happy boy who already loves to tease, make his sisters laugh and knows how to get his way. He just started to walk on his birthday and is picking it up fast. He is a joy in our home.

One beautiful Saturday afternoon we went and played in the snow. Abbi loved riding in the sled, Loryn was scared and Brigham did not quite know what to think while he was dumped out face first into the snow.

OUr Family was able to go bowling. The girls loved it. Abbi would have bowled all day if we would have let her.

Just one more quick note. Loryn was asked to give the scripture and Prayer in Primary. She could do any scripture. I was a little worried due to the fact that she is the youngest sunbeam in Primary. So we worked with her through out the week and on Sunday when it was her turn she stood up and said the first Article of Faith all by herself. She did so good they asked her to say it again, so she did. Then I told her to say the pray and she started it off all by herself. I did help her some at the end but she did wonderful. She has learned well from her sister, because Abbi always wants to give a talk and when she is asked to she always does a wonderful job.

Loryn's Birthday!
When I asked Loryn what kind of cake she wanted she said she wanted a mermaid cake so I went to the internet for help. This is what we came up with and Loryn was happy with it. We had cousins over and had a great time.

Christmas Morning
We had a wonderful day. Santa Claus hit some great sells buy a barbie and get one free, buy a barbie car and get one free. Then the rest he found at yard sales or craigs list is where I found the kitchen set. What they don't know wont hurt them.
Brigham could have just got the wrapping paper and he would have been happy.

One day I was cutting Justin's hair and when I got done I decided to cut everyones hair. I cut a good couple of inches off of the girls and trimmed Brigham's.

November update

so I am finally writing what the pictures are all about. We flew down to San Diego with Justin for his Seminar. We enjoyed the first day there and then the Swine flu came. Loryn ran a temperature of 103 and higher the rest of the time. We did make it to Sea World with a sick sick child. She slept during Shamu the Killer whale show. By the time we got back we were all exhausted from being up with Loryn and traveling. We also spent one day visiting all my family in LA. It was so good to see them again.

Boy, There is a reason why I should proof read what I write before I post it. I hurried and wrote the last blog before I finished packing for my week long trip to Montana for my testing on Footzonology. I had a good time and met some wonderful new friends and I passed my test. I am now a certified Footzonologist. The last posting should have said, "We planted one Pumpkin seed and we received 4 huge Pumpkins. Next time i will be more careful.

Here is the commercial that we had filmed. Justin came up with the skits and I had to come up with the props, locations, and people hence our whole family is in it. It was very stressful, but I thought it turned out pretty good.

4th of July

On the 4th of July we built a float for the Office. The theme was "4th of July in a childs eyes." So we decided to build a float with a 7' by 7' black ball with all the things a Chiropractor can help with,representing a ball and chain, chained to me. The sign on the side said,"What is holding you back from your inner child." Then the kids on the float were doing things that reminds you of the 4th of July. When we said we built a float everyone helped, as you can see the girls were alot of help. Justin's brothers and friends helped us hand out flyers. Over all it went pretty good. I am glad that project is over this year.

And I had to add this cute picture of Brigham.

The girls decided to help out with the gardening and as you can see Loryn was wearing Justin's freshly buffed shoes to work in the dirt. Also I added the flowers for my mom, she is in Germany to help Annalee and missing all of her flowers.

In April we went to a surprise baby shower for Justin's sister Melisa in Utah. While we were there we were able to go visit Temple Square. The girls loved it. This is a picture of Melisa and her baby Ryker.

We tried feeding Brigham some cereal because he stopped sleeping through the night and he hated it. So we have not given it to him again.

I started this quilt for our friends Sam and Devanie over a year and a half ago and I finally finished it after a lot of help from my mom. Justin and I designed it and picked out the fabric and I pieced it together, then my mom helped me put it together with with the bat and we machine quilted it. After hours of sewing we were done. The temple was also quilted on the machine that was work. I am so happy it is finished.

We went to two different easter egg hunts. We made it to the Menan egg hunt where we met up with Brinley. Later that day they went to a hunt with the Cress family. It was a great day.

Happy Happy Birthday my Abbi dear. I can not believe that she has turned 4, time has flown by. It seems like just yesterday that we brought this beautiful baby home from the hospital that all she did was cry. I don't miss those few months of tears, hers and mine. Since then she has became more beautifuland bright little girl. We are blessed with her wonderful spirit and loving motherly kindness in our home. I'm not sure how much Loryn enjoys this motherly bossiness and I am sure Brigham will never get away with anything but that is just Abbi. She is our princess or Hannah Montana depending on what new outfit she is wearing. We celebrated with the Hammon family one night with cupcakes and then I made an attempted to make a castle cake on Sunday with the Dial side. We love you Abbrielle you are beautiful.

Brigham Gary was blessed on March 1, 2009 at Devin and Charm's House due to the possible case of the chicken pox at our house the last couple of weeks. Both Abbi and Brigham had pox spots on them. We had a great time and loved seeing all the family that could make it and missed all those that did not but we understand with the chance of chicken pox. Thanks April for the cute sweater outfit, it was so cute on him. We had a wonderful day.

I couldn't have received a better gift on my birthday than having our baby BOY (Brigham Gary). Brigham was born at 9:29 am on Jan. 28th, 10 days over due. He was 9 lbs. 6ozs. and 22 inches long. We are both doing fine and he wants to eat all the time. The girls love him but are having a little bit of a hard time with all the changes that have happened in the last 2 months.

Our last day of Joy School my friends in St. Louis threw me a good bye party and we had a great time. Thanks guys and we miss you a lot. The Girls ask me all the time when we are going to go to Preschool.

On December 20th Justin graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic School. We are so proud of you Justin. The pictures are of Justin with family and friends.

Merry Christmas! We had a great christmas. We were able to spend the time with Justin's Mom and his little brother Braeden. The Girls had a great time, we read the nativity story and acted it out. The girls got cute matching PJ's.

Happy Birthday Loryn. How did she turn 2 so fast. She is so lucky to celebrate her birthday with 2 of her cousins (Brooklyn and Rylee). We decided to make a snowman because Loryn loves the song Once there was a snowman. We had a great party.

Our Office warming gift. This was the first flowers Justin has received. We received them from the Dr that we purchased the Office from. Our office is located on 555 1st street in Idaho Falls.

My sister and her family moved to Germany in January for orders of the Army. Here are some goodbye pictures. We sure do miss them.

On a Saturday we got some snow and so we enjoyed the time together as a family, actually we were wishing that it would put me into labor but that did not work.

So a lot has been going on with our little family. We purchased Alpine Chiropractic Health Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho the 1st of the month. Justin is busy with working and making all the transitions of changing ownership. We are getting settled in and the girls are loving being close to family. Our baby is due on Tuesday but we will see when it comes. We will let you know when that excitement all happens.

Moving during the Holidays

We are still alive. Yes this has been a busy couple of weeks. We have all of our stuff packed, shipped, and in Idaho. We are still in Missouri staying at our friends apartment (the Waltons). I am leaving Christmas night and flying into Salt Lake with Loryn. Then the next morning Justin, Abbi, uncle Braeden and Justin's Mom are driving to Wyoming then to Idaho. Then we get to unpack. We are moving in with my parents then it will be waiting for the new business stuff to begin and the arrival of our baby. I have 4 weeks left from today. Hope everyone is having Happy Holidays.

Thanksgiving Holidays

Sorry for the long delay in blogging. Since Halloween we have started to pack up the apartment in preparation of moving after Christmas back to Idaho. Abbi is so excited and tells everyone that she sees. My sister,Annalee, was able to come the weekend before Thanksgiving and we had a early feast. It is always fun to have her come and stay but a little crazy in our 2 bedroom apartment and 6 little girls 6 years and younger. The girls don't seem to mind that there is toys everywhere.

It was also nice to have my sister here because Justin and I celebrated our 5th anniversary. We were able to get out of the house all by ourselves to go do something fun together. 5 years and 2 8/10ths children later. We have had a wonderful journey so far and excited to see what the Lord has in plan for the coming years.

So after all the fun with anniversaries and family around we paid for the playing. Abbi woke up from her Sunday afternoon nap and said her tummy hurt, that was the beginning of our fun thanksgiving week. Abbi slept on the toilet all night, Loryn got it the next night, then I was blessed to get it the next day. By the time Thanksgiving came around we did want to curse anyone else with the flu, since my sister had gone home and their family all went through it, we decided to let the monster die at our house and not pass it on. Since we had a early Thanksgiving dinner with my sister here we made spaghetti for dinner, went for a walk to the park (it was a beautiful day) and put up the Christmas tree. Over all it was a good Thanksgiving and one we will never forget. Trunk or Treat

Each year for Halloween Justin comes up with family theme and says to me go for it, or in other words have fun making the costumes. (I can't lie I enjoy doing it, trying to be creative.) So this year we are the three little pigs and the big bad wolf. And we made everything expect the wolf teeth and I bought the girls pink clothes at Walmart. I thought the girls were adorable and they have became fascinated with Charlotte's Web movie while I have been making their costumes. Abbi even went around the church saying, "oink, oink." We had a lot of fun.

I decided to try something new on the girls hair. I did Loryn's hair then I said "Abbi your turn." Abbi said, "I only want one hair things, Mom." So Abbi did not get her hair done the same way. I was surprised that Loryn sat there the whole time and didn't even whine. What a sweetheart.

Joy School

Last Thursday we started a Joy School for the girls with some of my friends in the ward. Abbi was so excited for her first day of preschool. They did great and Abbi asks everyday if she gets to go to school. We are only doing it one day a week for our sanity as mothers.

Purina Farms

Our ward has started a playgroup twice a month and last week we went to Purina Farms (Purina dog chow). They had farm animals, dogs, and cats. We were able to see there demonstration on the cow milking. The kids got to try but Abbi and Loryn wanted nothing to do with touching the cow. We also able to go to a dog show. Abbi got to be apart of the show and I was so proud that she did not freak out.

Chicago Trip

This past weekend we took a quick trip to Chicago and survived the traffic. We have never been anywhere like that with the traffic. We went to the Aquarium off Lake Michigan, ate Chicago deep dish style pizza and walked downtown. That was enough Chicago for us and we had to get back to our friends Chad and Maranda's Wedding in Bloomington, IL. Enjoy the pictures.

Nauvoo Camping Trip

We had a great weekend. We went camping for 2 nights in Nauvoo with our friends the Waltons. While we were there we were able to visit the sites, go to the temple, and attend the wonderful Nauvoo Pageant. The girls loved it and Abbi wanted to sleep in the tent when we got home. Other news Loryn got her cast off today. The doctor said that it is healing great. She was running with the cast on but she is glad to have it off.

Well to start off Loryn fractured both bones in her lower right leg. She got a pretty purple walking cast that will come off in 3 weeks. The story behind the fracture is Justin was doing a pull-up on his pull-up bar and Loryn ran under him as he was coming down. He feels so bad. Our other news is we are expecting our third baby Jan 18th. We are very excited.

4th of July 2008

For the 4th we went to the downtown St. Louis parade and as you can see they go all out on their floats.

This is where we sat, the Arch was right behind us. We loved it. Then later that night we had a barbecue at our friends the Farmer' house and then off we were of to the local fireworks. There was a live band playing before the fireworks and Abbi danced the night a way. Loryn was not too sure of the fireworks and screamed the first ten minutes of them then she calmed down. It was a good day.

Ballwin Days

Our local community of Ballwin has a Ballwin Days every year and we decided to check it out this year. They turn one of the local parks into a carnival. We bought a few tickets and had some fun. Abbi and Loryn did most of the rides but Justin and I were able to go with them on some. Abbi went on her first roller coaster ride. It was a rough ride the Dragon. I am not sure if she was screaming for terror or excitement. Loryn loved the slide and all the rides she got to go with Abbi.

So Justin turned 27 and we had a party for him with our friends. We decided we will probably not live by a Krispy Kreme Donut next year so that was Justin's Cake. We had Glazed donuts, ice cream and strawberries on top. We had a lot of fun.

My sister-in-law blogged about her baby growing too fast and it reminded me of a conversation that Abbi and I had the other day. She was sitting next to me and was talking about going to school like she does everyday. She thinks that she is going to go to school with her cousin Brooklyn, but I said that she was too little to go to school. She told me that she is big. I told her that I did not want her to grow big, I wanted her to stay little forever. Then she said, "Loryn is little for you mom." I guess that is why we have more kids because they grow up too fast.

For my Husband Justin who not only is a wonderful father but is turning 27 on Father's Day. I asked Abbi what she loved about her daddy and she said, "He loves me. I love eating breakfast with my daddy, he makes me pancakes. He dances with me." When I asked Loryn she said,"Daddy, daddy!!" He studies so hard for school and works hard at work and clinic. We miss him when he is gone all day long/weekends working and going to school. We love you Justin, Happy Birthday!!

For family home evening we decided to go and get a ice cream cone from McDonalds. I think this was the first time Loryn has had a ice cream cone and she loved it.

Our trip to Richmond, Virginia

So we decided to drive to Richmond, Virginia last week to visit Family. This is a picture of us at my cousin Linda's house. We stayed with her over night on our way there. She lives in Louisville, KY. The girls loved her. When we got to Virginia my cousin Danial and his family gave us directions to Jamestown (the first colony of America)

So this is the other dress I made, it has a jacket but the picture was horrible, Abbi had her eyes closed and in movement when I took it. I think it looks like a prom dress, that was not my intention. The whole time she wear the dress she danced around saying, "I am princess Annalee." She has a Barbie movie that has a girl named Princess Annalise, Abbi thinks it is Annalee so she named her Barbie that and the Ken doll Prince Nathan. If you do not know my older sister's name is Annalee and her husband is named Nathan so that is where the Nathan comes in.

So we were at Walmart and I saw this material and I got the big idea that I would make Abbi some summer dresses. I had enough material left over that I made a bag that Abbi thinks she can take her lunch in to nursery and then the head band. I think she look adorable.

Idaho Trip

Our Idaho trip went by too fast. We are able to see lots of friends and family in our two week visit. The pictures are of some of the grandma and grandpas we visited. Sadly I never took a picture of the girls feeding cows with grandma and grandpa. It was a bitter sweet time for everyone. Abbi would be so excited to get dressed to go out with them but when they put her on the tractor she would start to cry for a minute then she would calm down. Justin flew a week later after his finals were done. The first morning Justin was there, he got up with the girls and he pointed outside and said "Abbi did you see the cows?" Abbi replied, "Daddy those are bulls, the cows are outback." Don't we have a smart one or daddy needs to learn his cattle anatomy. We are still not sure what our plans will be after graduation but we will figure it out.

We have an addition to our house during the day, I have started watching our neighbors little girl Addison (9weeks old). No one is more excited then Abbi. First thing in the morning she asked "where is Addison?" She loves to help, when they drop her off, Abbi gets mad if I put the bottles in the fridge because that is her job and she loves to feed her.

We took the girls and got Easter pictures. We did not get extra prints so you will have to enjoy them here. The girls did so good and were so cute. Abbi was so excited to get to wear their Easter dresses and get pictures taken.

Abbrielle turned three 3/06. She has been fascinated with a Barbie movie so she got a Barbie cake this year. I made the cake, it had a ton of frosting and was a lot of fun. My sister Annalee and her girls (Brooklyn, Makenzie, Rylee, and Nikole) came for her party. We also invited the Farmer, Walton, and Bell Family and we all had a good time. Abbi was silly and ran around so excited that everyone was here. The Barbie was part of her present. I also got Loryn a Barbie and Abbi kept asking me when we were making Loryn's Barbie cake. I can't believe that my baby is 3 already. Time has flown by.

Loryn came to me with the rollers and wanted me to put them in her hair. I thought she looked so cute that I got the camera out. As soon as a got the camera out she started to cry.

The weather here in Missouri has been crazy. Saturday and Sunday it was 60-70 degrees, we went to the park and enjoyed the warm air. Today is Tuesday, Justin's School was delayed until 9:30 a.m. and there was a skiff of snow, so Justin headed off to school. As I look out the window at 2:00 p.m. there is enough snow to make Justin's drive home miserable, due to the fact that our street or driveway has not been plowed. Crazy weather.

We have decided to send the girls to grandmas. Anyone know how much it costs.? We found a box big enough for them both and left a few crumbs at the bottom, but the way they eat it will last them a few minutes. Hopefully they make it there alive.
